Returning Your Online Purchase
To start a return visit returns.motherhood.com.
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return items
purchased at Motherhood Maternity. You may return items via
mail for a full refund in the original form of payment,
excluding outbound shipping charges and a return shipping charge
of $9.95. The $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted
from your total return amount. All return packages must be
postmarked within 30 days of the date of delivery. The
merchandise must be unworn and have original tickets and/or tags
attached. Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear may be returned
when unworn and in original packaging, or with original tickets
and/or tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale are not
eligible for returns.
We cannot process exchanges. A new order must be placed either
on our website or at 877-817-8427 for the new item you’d like to order.
Please allow 7 days for returns to be processed upon receipt in
our Returns Center. Due to COVID-19, many shipping carriers are
experiencing delivery delays. As a result of high delivery
volume and increased safety precautions, your order may arrive
later than expected. Thank you for your patience.
Items purchased from Motherhood.com can only be returned via our
online Returns Center. At this time, we do not offer in store returns.
Motherhood Maternity merchandise purchased online from
Macys.com, Amazon.com or any other website must be returned
through those retailers. Exchanges are not available.

Refunds: Gift Card Used as Full or Partial Payment
All returned orders that have been paid using a gift card will
be refunded to a original electronic gift card used at the time
All split tender payments will receive a refund first to the
original e-gift card for the amount used and then the balance
amount to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
E-Gift Cards cannot be issued for returned items received as a
present from someone else. All merchandise returns are
automatically refunded to the purchaser's original payment

Merchandise returns that used PayPal as the original payment
method are directly billed through PayPal. Payment information
for these purchases is not provided to our company.
PayPal returns are processed through our system as standard
returns. Once a return has been processed, the PayPal account
used for the original purchase is refunded within 1-2 business

an item originally purchased with PayPal, you must return your
item to us via mail with a filled-out return form. A new order
must be placed for your new items.
Gift exchanges are not available for orders placed using Pay
Pal. All returns paid using PayPal are refunded back to the
original PayPal account.
Returns on orders placed through Amazon.com are directly billed
through Amazon. Payment information for these purchases is not
provided to our company. Amazon returns are processed
through our system as standard returns. Once a return has been
processed, the refund is credited directly through Amazon.com to
the original form of payment used on their website within 24-48
hours of processing at our facility.
We cannot process exchanges for Amazon orders. If you wish to
return an item purchased on Amazon.com, you must return your
item via mail with a filled-out return form. A new order must be
placed for your new items.
Gift exchanges are not available for orders placed on
Amazon.com. All orders that are returned are automatically
refunded by Amazon.com to the original payment method.
