Can I order outside of the USA?
Yes, we offer international ordering and shipping with Borderfree. When you purchase an international order, your transaction will be processed with Borderfree.
What is Borderfree?
Borderfree is our international e-commerce partner that allows us to provide our customers with local currency pricing when you place your order at checkout, as well as a fast, reliable shipping network.
How do I place an international order?
When placing an internet order, look for the flag icon on the homepage at the lower right corner of the page. Click on Ship Internationally and you’ll receive a pop-up box to select the appropriate country and coordinating flag icon to match where you’d like your order to ship. You will then see all pricing in the select country’s currency.

Will I be charged additional fees upon receipt of my international order?
No, when you place your online order and select checkout, our e-commerce partner, Borderfree, will calculate the order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes in the correct local country currency. The amount presented will be the exact amount charged by Borderfree.
How do I know my order was successfully placed?
You will receive an email to acknowledge that we received your order. We will confirm your order when it has been dispatched to Borderfree.
When Borderfree receives confirmation that your order has been processed by Destination Maternity, they will send you an "Order Confirmation" email, which will include the tracking number and carrier details for the shipment.
How do I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact Customer Service at Destination Maternity as soon as possible at 1-800-466-6223.
If the order has already shipped, it may need to be processed as a return after it is delivered to you.

How can I track my international order?
To check the status of your international order, you can track your order by clicking the tracking link that appears in your Shipment Confirmation email from Borderfree. You can also visit the Track Orders page and enter your order number and email address to view your order tracking information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your transaction is complete, Destination Maternity will ship your items to the Borderfree shipping hub in the United States. Borderfree then ships your order to its final international destination.
Most in-stock items will arrive 5-13 business days after receipt of your order. You'll see a shipping range specific to your destination in Checkout. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
What will the duties and taxes on my order be?
All duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout. Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner, Borderfree, supports.
Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and taxes/VAT for your order at checkout.
For most countries, you can choose to pay duties and taxes at time of Checkout or you can select the option to pay duties and taxes upon delivery. When indicated in Checkout, some countries offer only the option to pay duties and taxes upon delivery.
Can I use a gift card to place an international order?
Unfortunately, we can’t sell or redeem gift cards internationally at this time.
How do I make a return or exchange merchandise?
International orders placed online or by phone cannot be returned. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email us at email@example.com to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization, which is required to process a return with Borderfree.
When you request a return, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization email. This email contains detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including instructions on arranging for pick-up or drop-off. If you have questions about a pending return or need to request a new return, please follow the instructions in the Return Authorization email.
If you choose to return an item, our e-commerce partner, Borderfree, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges.
What are my shipping options for international orders?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee to our international destinations via DHL Express through Borderfree. Pricing will be provided at checkout. Delivery times go into effect the next business day after your order is placed.
Are there promotional policies for international orders?
International orders are not eligible for the following:
- Free shipping
- Free returns
- Merchandise exchanges
- Gifts with purchase
- Promotional codes
- Gift services
Do you honor price adjustments on international orders?
Yes, we can honor price adjustments on full-price merchandise within seven days of the mail-order ship date when accompanied by the original retail receipt or mail-order packing slip. Simply call us at 1-800-466-6223 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, name and address. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
When am I billed for my international order?
Your credit card will be billed by Borderfee when your order leaves the United States.
Your credit card statement will show BF denoting the charge from Borderfree.
