  • No, unfortunately we can’t accept, or process returns within stores that are currently in liquidation mode.

If I make a purchase in a store that is liquidating, can I return those items?

  • No, all merchandise purchased within a closing store location is final sale and can’t be returned.

What is your return policy?

  • All merchandise purchased online or within a non-liquidating store can be returned via mail with an original receipt or packing slip for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges, and postmarked within 30 days of the date of delivery. The merchandise must be unworn and have original tickets and/or tags attached.

How soon are the liquidating stores closing?

  • The liquidation process is currently underway, and some stores have completely closed while others are in various phases of closure. All closing stores will be closed by the end of March 2020.

My local store has closed, how do I make a return?

  • Please call our customer service department at 1-800-466-6223 and they will assist you with mailing your returned items back to us for a refund.
