Perks Program Terms & Conditions

The Perks Program (i.e. Motherhood Perks, Mimi Perks, Pea Perks and Destination Maternity Perks) is a program where you can opt-in:
A) during your transaction in store,or
B) through the Perks Program sign-up webpages.

* Mail items from our preferred partners can be anything from special offers and coupons to information brochures. The mailings do not come at a specific time, rather mailings will come at various times and will be on-going. All mailings will come directly from our partners.
-Exclusive email updates on new fashion arrivals, promotions, information and events from our brands
-Valuable coupons discounts, information and special offers via email our preferred partners

By opting in to any of the Perks Programs, you are agreeing to us and our preferred partners to use your information for marketing purposes, and you agree to have your information (name, address, email, etc) shared with our preferred partners for additional marketing purposes.  You will remain a Perks Member, unless you opt-out of the program (for opt-out guidelines, see “Perks Program Removal / Changes”). Personal Information We Collect Online
When you visit any of the Retail Web Sites, we do not collect any personally identifiable information without your consent. If you are simply perusing our site, we collect no personally identifiable information from you. We do, however, utilize cookies on our web site. Additionally, each email message we send you will clearly state how you may remove your name from the email list. Please note however that requests to remove yourself from our email list may take up to ten business days, and it is possible that in that time you may receive further emails from us. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In addition, despite previously having opted out of receiving emails from us, you may still receive emails regarding sweepstakes sponsored by any of the Retail Web Sites in which you participate.

In the event that any of the Retail Web Sites is merged with or sold to another company, your personal information will be transferred to the surviving company, who will be bound by the terms of this privacy policy.

Privacy of Children's Information
We believe that it's especially important to protect children's privacy online and encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children to participate and monitor their Internet activity.
