Lilypadz Nursing Pads is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 26.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from It doesn't hold much, still need nursing pads Its a good quality product, it fits well and easy to wash, but whenever I feed my daughter from one breast, it can never holds the other breast that is leaking. I still need to put pads or grab a cloth to hold the leak. I also wore it when i was out shopping, but the worries still there especially when my breast feel full. When im wearing it at night and out shopping, it works perfectly because my breast wasnt that full dyring night time and I hate bras .. Maybe its not designed to hold that much milk? After using it several times, i think this product performs the best when Im 100% sure my breast is not going to be full for the next hour or so. But ...my daughter is eating more and more, and my breasts get full quicker than before, so Im not sure if its going to be as useful as now.....to be honest i still feel the most secure when I put pads or something that can "absorb" liquid under my nursing bras . Is it worth the money? Yes and no. One thing I can promise is that it is good quality product, the price is reasonable. But it is not a "must have" for breastfeed moms. Absolutely not.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I really wish these worked for me... These are such a great idea and i wish that they worked for me but unfortunately they don't prevent me from leaking like they advertise. They stop small drops but when let-down happens it's more forceful and fills up the silicon and then makes a mess everywhere when I take them off :/

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nursing Mom life saver! I have 4 children and I used these with 3 when I was nursing to keep from leaking during the day. I didn't know about them with my first child or I would have used them then too. I can remember being embarrassed so many times because my regular disposable nursing pads would leak. Lilypadz are awesome! I bought them this time for my Sister-In-Law! I know she will love them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must for nursing mothers I just bought my third set of these. I've used them with all of my children. They are discrete and more comfortable than any nursing pad whether disposable and reusable. The only reason I had to buy another set was that I hadn't taken care of my other ones and after a few years for being put in a drawer, they lost their stickiness. Well worth the investment. Your nipples will thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have I used these with my first born and I wouldn't go without them. They keep you from leaking, they don't just absorb what you do leak. They form an almost suction-like attachment and the pressure keeps you from leaking. They're easy to clean with soap and water. Well worth it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for sleep I like this product for sleep use rather than day use. They stay in place all night and work great. Daytime I still prefer Lansing pads to air my nipples out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lily padz are the best!! I used lily padz previously with my first child. I just purchased some more as I am due any day now with baby #2! I hate reusable nursing pads! They get all nasty if your out most the day and have to change them. I just love that you can buy several lily padz and reuse them! Wipe them clean with the wipes and put them back on and it's no big deal! You can't even tell your wearing them! I am normally a 34 DD cup size but nursing I am a 36E the "one size fits all" works just fine for me. You will not regret it if you purchase these I promise they are worth every penny and more! :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect, but... If you have large breasts, get the large. The ones motherhood carries are the "fits most" size. While these work on me, the large is even better. Unfortunately, Motherhood doesn't carry the large. The large size is recommended for size DD+. You have to go to Lily Padz website for them. I bought two sets of the regulars from motherhood then decided to give the others a shot. So glad I did! The smaller ones give my nipples a weird cone-ish shape. The functionality is still there, the large just make it look like I have normal shaped boobs and have a larger surface area to cover larger nipples. With the smalls, my areola sticks out a bit (I said they were large nipples). Not so with the large. Love this product, just wish they carried more of this company's products. I can't always wash these when I nurse, so I make sure to wash them well once a day (directions say with warm water, but I've found hot is best). I read the reviews on the LilyWipes, and decided to see how rubbing alcohol with a cotton round worked. Doing that before washing in hot water makes them cleaner and therefore stickier. I am a prolific milker. With my first I went through disposable nursing pads like they were going out of style. I would still leak and when getting a full night's sleep (7+ hours) i would wake up soaked neck to toe. Literally. If wearing socks, they would be wet as well as my shirt and pants or nightgown. Having to get up and do a load of laundry (including sheets) is not fun. With these, I occasionally leak. Like when nursing, the unused side's pressure when milk is let down is too much. A little pocket of milk forms so it helps to have a towel or burp cloth handy when you take it off. Sometimes it's way too much and it pops off. All things considered, these are just about as perfect a product as you can buy. I think my milk is just untamable. I couldn't be happier with these. THANK YOU!
