RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In-Store Purchases: Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased in stores must be returned or exchanged at a store location, within
30 days of purchase. You will need your original store receipt.
- Items returned at a store location may be exchanged for new merchandise, refunded
via Store Credit, or refunded to the original payment method used (such as a credit
card). The refund type will depend on the original payment method used.
- If you are returning a gift you received and do not want the refund to go to the
original payment method, please ask the store associate for a refund via Store Credit.
- All returned merchandise must be unworn, unopened, and undamaged with the original
ticketing & tags attached. We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
- 'Special Occasion' and 'As Is' tagged merchandise is final sale and may not be returned
or exchanged.
- Items purchased in-store may not be mailed back to us for return or exchange.
- Items purchased at a Motherhood Maternity or Destination Maternity store may not
be returned to our leased locations within Macy's, Boscov's, or Gordman's.
Online Purchases: Return to Store
All Motherhood Maternity and Destination Maternity store locations in the US accept
returns and exchanges for items purchased online or by phone, within 45 days
of the date of delivery. You will need to bring your original invoice or a copy
of your web order information with you when going to a store to make a return or
exchange.
- Items returned to stores may be exchanged for new merchandise or refunded via Store
Credit only. Store Credits work in the same way as our Gift Cards, and may be used
in stores or online. If you wish to receive a refund to the original payment method
(credit card, Paypal account, etc.) used on your online order, you must mail in
your return.
- All returned merchandise must be unworn, unmarked, and undamaged with original ticketing
& tags attached. We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
- 'Special Occasion' merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or
exchanged at a store location. Please return via the mail-in method.
- Items purchased online or by phone may not be returned to our leased locations within
Macy's, Boscov's, or Gordman's.
Online Purchases: Return by Mail
We accept returns and exchanges by mail for items purchased online or by phone,
within 45 days of the date of delivery. You will need to include the Return/Exchange
Form that was included in your package when mailing in merchandise to return or
exchange.

- Items returned by mail will receive a full refund for the merchandise amount, not
including the shipping charges. The refund will be issued to the original payment
method used on the order.
- If you are returning a gift you received and do not want the refund to go to the
original payment method, you may receive a gift card for the refund amount instead.

- All returned merchandise must be unworn and unmarked with original ticketing & tags
attached. We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
- Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear may be returned when unworn and in original packaging
OR with original ticketing.
Exchanges: For exchanges, we will process a return first and issue a refund
back to the original payment method used on the order. Once the return is completed,
a new exchange order is placed and charged to the same payment method, with free
shipping. This new order will be sent via standard delivery.
Complete your Return/Exchange form in its entirety and include it in your package
when mailing the return. The bottom portion of the Return/Exchange form includes
the mailing address. You may detach this part of the form and attach it to the outside
of your package.
We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Be sure to get a tracking
number or insurance for your package to avoid lost or misdirected packages. Also
be sure to send your return back to us in a sturdy box or envelope.

Returns & Exchanges For Orders Paid for with Gift Cards
All orders that are returned that have been paid for with a gift card will be refunded
to the original gift card used.
All split payment orders (on which a gift card was used and the balance was paid
with a credit card or Paypal account) will receive a refund credit to their gift
card first (until the full amount of that gift card is refunded), then the remainder
of the refund will be issued to the other payment method used for the order.
If an exchange is requested, the refunded gift card will be used to fulfill the
new order, as long as a balance remains on the gift card. If the exchange order
exceeds the amount available on the refunded gift card, the credit card used on
the original order (if you used multiple payments) will be billed the additional
funds needs to complete the exchange order.
If you make a return and you no longer have the original gift card, please
call our Customer Service line and they will supply you with the original
gift card number so you may re-use this amount on future online or phone orders.
You will not be able to use this refunded gift card amount at our store locations
unless you have the actual card available. Stores cannot use a gift card balance
without having an actual gift card to swipe through their register.
Returns & Exchanges For PayPal Orders
Returns and exchanges on orders paid using PayPal are handled differently because
these orders are directly billed by PayPal.
- Pay Pal returns are processed through our system as standard returns. Once the return
is processed, the refund amount is then submitted back to the Pay Pal account used
within 1-2 business days.
- At this time we cannot place exchange orders for PayPal orders because we do not
have access to your Pay Pal account information. If you wish to exchange items purchased
via PayPal, you must return your items via the standard process above, and then
place a new order.
- You may contact Customer Service with payment information
and we will gladly place your exchange order for you with free shipping. However,
if you wish to place your new order using your PayPal account, you should complete
your order online first, and then contact us with
the order number so that we may waive the shipping for you.
- Gift exchanges are not available for orders placed using Pay Pal. All orders that
are returned paid with PayPal, are automatically refunded back to the original PayPal
account.
Returns & Exchanges for Amazon Orders
Returns and exchanges for orders placed on Amazon.com are handled differently
because the orders are directly billed through Amazon and no payment information
is provided to our company for these orders. Following is the Amazon-specific return
policy:
- Amazon Returns are processed through our system as standard returns, however no
payment is issued by our company for the return. This refund is credited directly
by Amazon.com to the original payment method used on their website. Refunds are
issued through Amazon.com within 24-48 hours of processing at our facility.
- At this time we do not offer Amazon exchanges because we have no payment method
to bill the new order against. If you wish to exchange items purchased on Amazon.com,
you must return your items via the standard process above, and then place a new
order.
- You may contact Customer Service with payment information
and we will gladly place your exchange order for you with free shipping. Or, if
you prefer, you can complete your order online and then
contact us with the order number so that we may waive the shipping for you.
- Gift exchanges are not available for orders placed on Amazon.com. All orders that
are returned are automatically refunded by Amazon.com to the original payment method.
Returns & Exchanges for International Checkout Orders
Please note that our partner, International Checkout, coordinates your online
order and is responsible for returns and exchanges related to your International
order. Orders made through International checkout can not be returned to any of
our store locations or our postal return address. Contact International Checkout
