Cute Dress!
Wore this dress for my pregnancy pictures in Hawaii! Pictures came out great. I'm 5'4 weigh 135 and a small fit perfectly.

bust to small. I had to go a size up.
I originally order a large which fit beautifully except for the bust which was pretty tight. I wear a size 36C bra size now. I repurchased the dress a size up so I have more space. The dress fits ok. Its a little loose but since I'm 31 weeks and plan to wear this dress to my baby shower in 5 weeks so the extra room maybe a good thing.
I recommend that if you have a larger bust that you purchase the dress in a size up.

Cute, but too big
I really like this dress for several reasons: it's pretty, comfortable, provides good coverage, and seems to be good quality. My only warning is that it runs quite large. They didn't have any small sizes left when I bought it, so I was forced to buy a medium and have it altered (and I'm by no means a petite person). I usually fit well into size medium clothing, but I'm not convinced that even a small would have fit in this dress. Other than that, great dress!
