Great purchase
This is a great purchase if you are in you first/second trimester and can still fit into your old pants but have to leave the fly open. This sleeve allows you to wear your old pants, open, while wearing the sleeve to cover the opening. It's also a great purchase to cover your expanding belly while still wearing your old shirts. The fabric is very stretchy. I'll probably be able to wear it well into my third trimester.

Worked for me!
I purchased this to help keep my pants up when I need to unbutton them for comfortable. I wore it for the first time yesterday and it worked great. I'm 3 1/2 months pregnant. Worked great, though it did shift once on me. But no problem. I can't speak to quality/longevity as I have only worn it once.

Very Happy!
I am 9 wks pregnant and have already had a hard time getting into my clothes because of bloating and such. My tummy sleeve just came in the mail and I can't express how happy I am with it. I thought I would need the plus size since I am normally at a 18-20 pant size but I got the regular and it fits perfectly with room to stretch. The fabric is soft and breathable and I can't even tell I am wearing it!
