The support belt makes a difference when you wear it. I have noticed that I feel less pressure from the baby I am carrying. However, it says that it does not show through your clothing. I have found that it can bunch up as the day goes on and sometimes your clothing can be bunched up in it and you do not even realize it. You need to make sure the velcro is secured in place. I love it I love this belt. I got the small. It has some lean way still even at 7 months. It's comfy although I always wear a shirt under it so I'd recommend that. Its comfy if situated right. The quality is durable and I like how all of it is adjustable as far as where you stick the velcro tabs. I'd recommend it a friend. I could however see how it might not be as comfy for a larger person. For my size however its a 5 star :-). May 31, 2013

Couldn't be pregnant without it Thank heaven for this support belt. I have wore them for the last two of my four pregnancies and I am not sure how I made it through the first two without it. It really helps on the lower ligament strain that I get and also helps to support my ever growing belly. It is sized great for my growing needs. May 14, 2013
